Rentals

We offer a full rentals and property management service throughout the area that we cover to customers who have bought a property from us, and to customers who already own a property on the Costa Brava that they would like us to rent and manage for them. We handle enquiries and reservations for those properties directly ourselves.

All the properties under our direct management are personally inspected, and we check all our guests in and out. Cleaning is thorough, and there will be basic supplies in the fridge. We can provide cleaning while you are there, tell you about the best beaches and restaurants, and generally make sure that yours is a holiday to remember.

We also offer for rental properties that are managed by selected members of the Costa Brava Homes network. This will often mean that your prices are somewhat lower than you will find elsewhere. Your enquiry is forwarded directly to the local managing agent and they will reply to you directly.
